Laugh all you want folks but I bet
1)This home isn’t an REO or short sales. Anyone who kept a refrigerator (or all the other appliances for that matter) *that long* clear has exercised a lot of fiscal responsibility, which is more than most americans can demonstrate…
2)That circa 1970 refrigerator is probably will last longer than any other fridge coming out of Korea/Mexico/China these days. In fact, it’s still probably running on it’s first compressor and probably doesn’t have any rust on it’s doors.

What’s definitely much more impressive is if you look at the property tax roles and the estimated value at which it is taxed versus it’s $700k asking sale price… Um, I’m not laughing…….That retired couple is going to make out like fiends….
