Based on the fundamentals of price to rent ratio and price to median income ratios, isn’t it more likely to be a “dead cat bounce” phase rather than the bottom?
I know a lot of Piggs last year were predicting a spring “dead cat bounce” for the market this year – and that also follows a trend in past bubble deflations.
