Bank owned and views were far from beautiful. Small bay view over a big flat roof. The key on this one was the bldg had very low owner occupancy so you couldnt get a loan. It was cash only. Was very basic but clean and in good condition inside. Looks like it sold at least 100K below comps. Cash buyer from Sweden!
