At one point I saw Condos going for 30-50K in Vegas during last downturn (almost got one),

chickened out, seemed too far to use much.

I would not expect to get that price again, but Flyer would probably know better. Too many boomers I know want to grab one.

Vegas uses Fed minimum wage I think, so low end is really loooow.
