At minimum wage,$16k a year, how long do you think it would take to save $26k? Or in other words I don’t think so. What about closing costs,taxes,insurance? Anyone making minimum wage CANNOT by themselves buy a home, and keep it, in San Diego! Not without some form of government assistance.
