As silly as it is that Obama got the Nobel Peace prize it is just as silly blaming him for getting it. He was just as surprised as anyone when he heard.
FWIW, the Soviet Union has been bombing the moon for years. I read an article a few days ago about it and the have done so many times already in the name of science.
