As far as getting rid of regulations I think a lot of that is a red herring at least in most states, CA may be the exception. Many jobs leave here because the workers elsewhere will work for less, partly because it is cheaper to live there than here. Jobs that use a lot of energy like production of steel, gold mining, glass production, solar panels, are probably best left over seas as long as they are made with quality. We need jobs here that are not so dependent on the price of oil.
