As an employee of Sony that will be moving into the building to which you are referring, i can tell you that there is already a large number of Sony tech jobs in San Diego. Rancho Bernardo already has a huge facility and Sorrento Valley also has multiple buildings.
I’m not saying that there won’t be additional people coming to SD, but know that it’s not likely going to be a huge influx…definitely not enough to prop up 4closure Ranch.
