Different points of view PW. I am pretty sure JWM is a good guy otherwise I wouldn’t dare spar with him.I mean to be helpful too.
My situation involves very little risk and I can do things a lot cheaper than your aquaintance did.There are fair rewards including justifying my life without a real job (we all know real estate isn’t a real job) and getting to be with my kids on site as well as being able to go with them anywhere, anytime, when need be. Pretty good for a hippie IMO.
