Anytime I talk about “the bubble”, people look at me like I’m from another planet!!
BTW, I’m a homeowner and I paid my house off 4 months ago. I live in Orange County and have been appalled at the run-up in housing prices, include my own. I hope it goes down at least 30% because I feel “the bubble” is bad for America as a whole. We need a correction…in the long run we will be better off as a society.
