You are correct that the other Parkwood property was not upgraded and very dated. A client of mine is putting all new kitchen cabinets with island, appliances, granite counters and new dual pane windows into 4/2 1400 sq ft house for about 15K. And he is not doing any of the work. I guess things must be more expensive south of the border.
