Anyone who was really talented can probably find a new job in NJ area, so My guess will be the same as the Toyota case.
(They will just lose all their most talented workers).
That’s what happened when the defense industry relocated. kind of sucks if your not the top 10% performers who can easily find new jobs, but it really hurts the company in the long run.
