Usually they will have a piece of paper with a lot of properties on the list, and
making note of every item.
I don’t see him make note on anything, and it is little hard to get any information from him. I think a regular would be more open to others ?
Maybe I am wrong about him, but it is just how I feel.
Also, there is another guy, he has a TS notice with him and he was bidding on the poway house, too. He didn’t win, though. (I don’t know if that TS notice has anything to do with the house. Just my observation)
