I actually don’t mind Pardee one bit. My house is a Pardee house and after 30 years, it’s still doing fine. It lacks some of new modern features (like the 10+ feet ceiling), but at the very least, the 2nd floor squeaks less than a 2004 custom home I’ve been in.
What is it about Pardee that you don’t like flu? Their floor plans seems to be pretty similar to the industry right now.[/quote]
