Agreed, still checking on recent Chula figures.
“Bedroom” has to do with accessability to urban core and NOT population.
Ex. Temecula, Hemet and Murrietta have HUGE populations but LOOK WHERE THEY ARE! They’re “bedrooms” of RIV County.
