AN, I haven’t been in the Calle Cristobal neighborhoods, is it just as likely as in SW Mira Mesa to have lots of cars on the street?
That was a very interesting finding about the demographic, guys love their toys… I was wondering if there are differences between NW and SW Mira Mesa in demographics or perhaps HOA that might not allow that many cars on the street at all times.

That’s why I said…”Unless you just love cars”… π
I guess it’s kind of like why some guys don’t understand why a woman needs > 10 pairs of shoes π
I can understand the utility of having a pickup truck in a household.
There are apparently lots of car enthusiasts in Mira Mesa.
Rereading your post, I guess you did mentioned about car lovers :-). Yes, it’s kinda like women needing 10 pairs of shoes or 10 purses :-).
I just looked at the general demographics of MM vs 92129,92127,92128 and I found something interesting. MM is 53% male, 47% female. 92128, it’s 46.8% male, 53.2% female. 92129, it’s 49.4% male, 50.6% female, and 92127, it’s 48.4% male, 51.6% female. Having a higher % of male residents might be one reason why there’s more car :-).
