Also to Scarlett’s point. UTC (north UC) does seem to be heavy on the academic types. Doyle Elementary is the north UC elementary school and it has decent APIs (in the 900’s).
I don’t think you can say UCHS is bad because of the multifamily stuff in UTC. If that were true, Doyle would have bad scores.
