I have thought about what you are saying regarding this escalation of potential harm.It’s like an innocent campfire that gets out of control. It is going to put the camper who started it in the spotlight in very uncomfortable ways, especially if he didn’t make much effort to put it out, worse if he fanned the flames or it is perceived that he did.
It is really not about privacy, but harassment or intent to harm a reputation. I am not saying OCR had those intents, but what was going on there had red flags all over it. And even if it was on target snake poking, your still poking snakes…venomous ones. To do this without the full support of the law is questionable.What private citizen has the full support of the law, especially on these issues? None.
