The problem isnt clouds falling out of the sky, that happens all the time. It is called RAIN, and while I know that people here in SD consider that a four letter word, it is a part of nature.
What windmills do harm is flying animals. Like bats and birds and such. If I remember right they are especaially having trouble with bats and windmills.
