ah, you guys, if only it were simple. wife insists we offer around a half million on a big country estate. I doubt we’ll get it, but some of these have been going cheap. I saw one recently that was listed at 599k, no offers, lowered to 459k and sold in a few days. I hate to spend 500k and watch it drop 25% in a couple months. But i’ll make the offer today.
