Agree, those are soem pretty incredible homes particularly the first one with cl;ose to 6000 sq ft and 3/4 acre. It looks like an amazing estate quality property. While not a neighborhood expert, I think something like that would carry the similar value anywhere on that rim.
I think the OP will probably be very happy in that location for a long time if they follow through.
