agree about the bare floor. I doubt the builder or the lender is going to say yes to bare showers and bare counters.
bottom line is this:
there are thousands of hungry contractors hoping to get your business.
there’s a single builder with a single design center with a single contractor for each type of upgrade.
who do you think is going to offer a better price?
