Well, now that depends on how the management of Citigroup, which should at least have representatives from the government acting in the taxpayer’s interest, decides to do with it doesn’t it?
Irrespective, how is this relevant to the employee who chalked up the $600 million profit? Didn’t this dude just essentially earn what would be like the equivalent to a “sales commission”, though a pretty hefty commission? Why shouldn’t he be paid for what he was hired to do under the terms of his employment?
