aerodynamics is not some new science invented to enable electric vehicles. i’m sure the builders of this thing know a thing or two about it. but i’m damn sure they don’t have the funding for countless hours in a windtunnel.
… and that’s why we have CFD. BTW don’t underestimate how much funding they have. Building a production line capable of making even 2000 vehicles per year is neither easy nor cheap. They probably have eight figures in the bank.

People laughed at Prius when it arrived. Still do. But now obviously practical and clever Navigators and Expeditions languish on dealers’ parking lots and you need to get on the waiting list to buy a Prius.
