I always said AN had it right when I told him he bought a future beachfront home for in Mira Mesa.
But come now. LJ/Del Mar isn’t going to fall into the ocean. At most, it would break off and become a separate island.. If at all, home prices would quadruple there, as it would be even more exclusive.
