actually, the more i think about it, it is impossible for anyone to credibly say how a market really is; ther eis too much insane manipulation to even make a statement. hell prices could be double next year and i wouldnt be surprised, or half; interest rates could be .2 %, there could be a $50,000 federal tax credit and I wouldn’t be amazed. who the hell knows how the market is? no one. it’s not really a market.
