Actually Oceanside iw much more diverse then many people give it credit for. There are some pretty cool places in the Fire Mountain area, lots of diversity from crappy to very nice. Very much unique older homes in certain parts. Even some of the cookie cutter developments are nice and you may find something you like. I know a few people who really like the Ivey Ranch homes.
