ABSOLUTELY not! Its a short sale and there are expenses (short sale negotiator) that I typically pay for out of my half of the commission that I made the other agent share. LOts of agents pass these costs onto buyer and/or buyers agents but I usually dont. The money would have come out of my pocket and I made it come out of hers. Neither buyer nor seller nor short sale lender were impacted. Just that dumb a** up in Placentia.
