Absolutely. I’d estimate my house is up almost 70% over the prior peak. There is a house that went for 1.15 at the prior peak in a bidding war. They overpaid back then. For years we always chuckled they were stuck for a long time. Today it would go for about 1.75m. It’s crazy but there seems to be no end in sight
