About the schools…Johnson Elementary seemed the closest and I just assumed…no research into that but we don’t have kids yet anyway although I know it is an important factor in picking a house regardless.
We are in this awkward price range of the 400s, of which there is not a whole lot out there with some architectural integrity…our limit is about 490 as we are buying on my credit alone. We are in 2nd place on a couple mid century moderns–Del Cerro and San Carlos but those don’t look promising. Are prices on midlevel houses expected to come down into our range? Because a house that was 700 that is now 530 still is unattainable at this point…
