A while back I was thinking about a MLS for buyers to post for area, sqft, year built, and how much they would pay. Then with buyers ready sellers would post their homes to them and the buyer would choose the best for them. Silly idea but you never know. I would post on this for a small fee. Start it free with advertizers and then charge buyers a fee.
