6486 Dwane closed, 10% below its final asking price and 17% below its asking price in March 2008. The final price of $1,167,500, may still be high but the place is big at 4,530 sq feet, and it works out to ~$258 a square foot, which means if that price per sq ft holds up, this will be the last million dollar home in Del Cerro for a while. Now let’s see how unrealistic the remaining homeowners continue to be. Will they get desperate with this “comp killer”? This is a nice property with a low price per Sq ft. I still think we’ll see drops like we’ve seen in Chula Vista here. Congrats for the “deal” this knife catcher got in Del Cerro.
