Only 2 NorthStar condos left, then they are SOLD OUT! They should be sold out by summer!
They have 2 Eaglepoint homes left in the 2nd to last phase, both 2 story homes, and they have started building the last phase. 4 of the 6 homes in the last phase are 1 story homes. These one story homes are selling like hot cakes.
They are also selling the Eaglepointe, 1 story model home.
