3059 Sunset Canyon is the first NOD in Sunset Cove. They bought 07/25/2007 for $551,025. Investor, I imagine. Notice was mailed to Scottsdale.
I did some checking and one unit actually sold for 605k. I wonder how long before more NODs show up.
