7)I am the poster child for priced out. Lived in SD most of my life, graduated from CSUSM in 98. By the time I saved 10k prices were out of control. I could buy now, but no thanks. 1999/2000 per square foot prices and I would buy. San Diego is my home, but if my choices are Escondido, El Cajon/Santee, or South Bay I would just as soon leave.
