Jumby, I don’t want to sound to pessimistic but this endorsement you found was on Bankrate right? Doesn’t that concern you at all? As for Dr Don Taylor is an associate professor of finance The American College? Doesn’t that seem kind of well… sketchy? Especially since he writes the Dr. Don column for Bankrate?
Why would I want to borrow more money to pay down my mortgage at a higher rate then what my mortgage is?
Why wouldn’t I just pay down my mortgage with money out of my pocket?
