Could be because, despite the fact that Realtors don’t like RB to be looked upon as a retirement community, in many ways it is. Parents of two of my high school friends sold their single-family homes (in Del Cerro) some 15 years ago and bought RB condos. They just didn’t want to mess around with maintenance, upkeep, etc. any more.

I love my condo. I am a 36yo SWM and it is ideal. No lawn mowing, no landscaping, and I’m lucky that my neighbors are all around my age and quiet, active, working professionals. Every married friend of mine who comes over says “this is the life!”
