SD Realtor: I think it’s overpriced too. The noise from highway 5 was loud.I saw the map in the office and it only had 3 red sold buttons on the lot map.Countrywide is the bank of choice.
I noticed they went ahead and built the project out without deposits.
Doesn’t anyone make garden townhouses anymore?

July 2, 2007 at 12:21 PM #63349SD RealtorParticipantThey claimed to have made about 70k price cuts. I cannot verify that. I agree with Farbet that the noise was just to much. The units that my clients liked were priced in the high 500’s, about 589k.
In terms of what I think would be a fair price for them? Not sure, I would never buy them to live in as I am really anal when it comes to noise. So I would need to look at what I could get for rent and go from there…. IMO just as a guess I wouldn’t pay over 400k for one of them but that is not based on any analysis at all.
