I have a listing right now down in Bonita but to be honest with you I am not an expert by any means of the subdivisions in and around Bonita. I will say that it is pretty nice down there around the canyons. Kind of neat. To be honest with you I do not have any great leads for land rather then the MLS. My advice would be to work with a Realtor in that area who is familiar with land purchases. Lots of different areas out there if you have the leeway to spread out your search radius.
