    Would someone explain to me how this house — which was recently listed at $479k — is shown on Zillow as sold for $947k?

    Could this be an extreme example of “inflate and crash” or just a data error?

    Seeing how 947 is an anagram of 479, I’m going with data (human) error. Nothing to back that up, just a hunch.

    Thought I would add this also, a tract house near me, and not far from the one you posted is trying to get a million for his place…
