The real estate industry will promote the "rose gardens and jelly beans" facade for as long as anyone will listen to them, the coming market crash is NOT in their best interests….
Most realtors are the newest owners of the most recent home sales anyway, so they have a SERIOUS interest in hyping this market as long as they can so they can find a "Bigger fool than I" sucker to buy their "investment" property….Its musical chairs, and the music is stopping or has stopped.
