Hello all – anyone with a rental property able to rent short term to a professional family from North County whose house flooded? Family makes great income and owns their San Marcos home but can’t find a place to stay while the house is being fixed.
I trust this site as it saved me and my husband from buying during the mid2000 craze and I often see people talking about their rentals here. They would be well paying, no pets, 2 kids, both work full time making 6 figures each just need a place for 3-6 months as close to San Marcos as possible.
