    To the Yahoos who swear that RE can never drop more than 6 or 7 or 8 or whatever percent in a single year check this chart out and open yer eyes.

    The irony is that comes from Yahoo Real Estate. What’s more, is estimated data like this is more than likely skewed towards those in favor of mild correction. I’d like to see an estimate by those who are in favor of a drop.

    Thanks for the link, kev. These numbers are shocking; I had no idea that housing could drop 15-20% in one year in a major city (e.g., Austin).
