Yes but Jamul has never been very F$%^&*kin strong and the only time it is on fire was when the brush is burning which is not good news.
O.K so inventory there has dropped drastically compared to sales which ave dropped somewhat. You actually have better odds of being the lucky winner in CV this fall(if you have any equity), if you sell(for the moment,if it hasn’t passed).Prices are falling. But as we predicted they are holding up better than other places for now. Maybe you will have the most resilient area after all? That wouldn’t be a big surprise.
