    The fact that Fremont has received this order has been discussed here in the past.

    However, the order itself is now available, and makes for some amazing reading.

    Pages 2-3 especially describe the sort of absurd lending that Fremont and others have been doing, but it is all worth reading:

    FDIC Worries – Where do you fellow bloggers park your cash these days? Which banks do you think are the least exposed? And does anybody out there know anything about the financial strength and housing loan exposure of the Orange County Teachers’ Federal Credit Union?
