    What is the process for finding out who owns a particular parcel of land? Can it be done online or do I need to goto the county recorders office?

    Realty trac gives owner info. You can get a free trial.

    Even if the property isn’t in foreclosure?

    Oops, I’ve been spending so much time looking at the NODs come in and there are SO MANY, that I forgot it was only those properties that are in default.
