Anyone have any commenst on this K Hovnanian development in Fallbrook? Prices in the 400s for single family homes.

$460k for 1800sf SFR. Way too much for Fallbrook.

Do you realize that Tom Metzger and his klan live in Fallbrook? I think that he’s in jail now but his flock might still be roaming that North County area.

I think they are located just off the 15. I guess that is Fallbrook, but it isn’t exactly the best are of that town. I know somebody who lives in Sycamore Ranch off Gird Road. Much more expensive obvioulsy than this development, but it is a nice community.

Most of Fallbrook is a real nuisance to get in and out of. This area has easy freeway access, but you’re a ways from services.
