If you you hear of anything else in that price range I would appreciate the posting. I got a second on the way and my 1 bedroom in PB is just not going to cut it much loger.

I have been paying 900 a month and the pool and weight room are nice but I need more space. I could afford up to 2000 but I have sort of been of the mind set that if I can have what I want I might as well have the minimum.

Rent has not changed for the 5 years I have been living in my apartment so no complaints there.
