A doctor might talk to you about diet to improve diseases. But I have never heard a dentist say anything other than don’t eat candy.
If I eat nothing but salads nuts tofu and apples in 2023, will my teeth really continue to decay? What else can we do for prevention in terms of taking care of teeth? Whose teeth would be better in one year: a guy who eats standard American dirt plus a few drinks a night, 4 dentist visits a year, or a guy who eats nuts and leaves, flosses no brushing, no dentistry?
