scaredy, there are lots of great places in the world, and Canada is definitely one. I doubt if you’d ever want to give up San Diego completely. I know we never will–too much to love here–but extended visits, or second homes, etc. in other locations is something we enjoy–and should definitely be on your to do list for the future. Variety is the spice of life, and I think you would thrive on that variety.
